Blachere demonstrated that imagination is the only limiting factor when it comes to providing your customers and visitors an experience.

The venue was AMAZING (a word that Revive & Thrive doesn’t use lightly) Blachere Theming.20160411_124308  We were treated to a display of incredible animatronics and a lighting and music show and a 4D film and a behind the scenes tour of how animatronics, theming and lighting are made.  The event also considered how creating experiences can be cost neutral, if not profitable, and demonstrate how place-based experience increase dwell time, footfall, repeat visits and increased spend.

20160411_125921We also looked at and how the quality of visual merchandising and retail training can enhance visitor experience as well as how to harness the tourist potential of our places.
