The Blachere Competition is becoming as much loved as the festive period itself and this year we’ve made it even better with a bigger prize and simpler way to enter.
First let’s meet the Christmas Light Competition 2018 winners.
In 2018 it was Ormskirk that walked away with the top prize of £10,000 of Christmas Lights with Farnborough coming a close second. and leaving with £2,000 of lights.
The runners up each won a prize of £1,000 worth of lights. Those heading home with a runners up prize are, in no particular order, – Thame, Putney, Kidsgrove, Lancaster, Pontardawe, Portishead, Halifax, Salisbury, St Helens and Sunderland.
Anyone can enter.
As a resident or local business, why not enter on behalf of your town centre?
Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), Councils, Town Teams or Business Groups/Chamber of Trades are all organisations that we anticipate will be taking part.
