Limited offer of free half day Solution Planning & Discovery Worksession
The Reward Your World (RYW) and Revive & Thrive (R&T) teams recognise that there are many issues facing the vitality and self-sustainability of town centres, high streets and their many different kinds of constituents. Secondly, we know from experience that each town is different and the local authority and business improvement district team members each have their own remit, objectives and timings and aligned clear vision, solutions and steps forward are not always easy to develop, and progress can be slow.
As RYW/R&T are in constant on the ground activity and conversation with town centres and local authorities, we understand the issues. As such, we are prepared to offer UK town centres, BID teams, Local Enterprise Partnership and Local Authorities a 100% discounted Half-Day Solution Planning and Discovery Worksession, professionally facilitated by Daniel Gipple, CEO of RYW Community Systems, with the support in the room of specially skilled RYW and / or R&T partners.
Who is the Discovery Worksession for?
Town Centre Managers, BID team members, LEP board members, local authority economic development, community sustainability members and any other town constituent with an interest in the growth and sustainability of their town centre.
What is the structure of the worksession:
- The worksession can be from 2 hours to 4 hours in length. Up to 12 people may attend.
- An agenda is developed with attendees prior to the session. The agenda will include specifically structured questions designed to help the team analyse issues, brainstorm opportunities, develop and compare solutions and agree on practical steps and deliverables moving forward.
- A professional facilitator leads the session and traps key information onto flip charts which are posted around the worksession conference room. Subject matter experts also available in the room as required. There is also a note taker to capture key points of the discussion as it occurs.
