Improving Your Local Businesses in your Town
The Change Programme looks to improve the skills of business owners in the town in order to:
- Improve the presentation of the business
- Improve the presentation of the town
- Improve the conversion of shoppers
- Engage and build repeat custom
- Grow and develop business
- Encourage new employment possibilities
The Change Programme targets 20 town centre businesses at a time. Although this may represent only a relatively small proportion of the town centre, it has been found that this can start the process of improving performance in an area and driving change.
