The following package will be designed and delivered, where possible and appropriate, to meet the needs of the winning applicant and is growing almost daily so please keep checking back for updates

We will devise a plan to address these sites using our virtual graphics on shops and building bannersWorking with our partners we will also devise a media plan to promote local business and the town.
This will offer a long lasting legacy. As a visual media company our tools have high impact.
These include Digital Shopping Walls on empty shops to support local entrepreneurs, 24/7 shopping blinds to create a 24/7 high street and Information Towers to promote the work of the Revive and Thrive challenge.

With City Dressing the impression of the High Street will be transformed with no empty shops, more colour, more choice and a sense of purpose.
Kerching Retail We are offering a full town centre package for the winning town/city centre Full town review; to form vision for the town
  • Visit all traders in the town centre (based on 300 business), create map of retail mix, review exterior presentation, interior presentation, window displays, uniqueness of product
  • 12 months free membership for all town centre businesses to Kerching online membership resource
  • 2x Retailer workshop
  • 121 support & mentoring for 'High Street Champions' - We regular train and develop businesses, in this instance we are training the trainers.
Made You Look
  • A full day’s workshop where we will teach the basic points and principles of display.
  • We will give a presentation and demonstration in the morning where retailers will be inspired as to how to create exciting, eye-catching window displays, followed by a hands-on practical workshop in the afternoon
  • The following day we give brief consultations to as many retailers as possible at their own premises

brandarkade Either - Placemaking visioning workshop is a 4-5 hour session with the extended project team to explore and define the spirit of the place they are trying to create. We look at customer profiles to understand needs and desires of the user groups, look and competition and best practice and review a number of scenarios to tease of the core attributes, values and unique benefits that the place is offering. Or Stakeholder engagement/ consultation session could take the form of a series of qualitative interviews with key stakeholders to understand ambitions needs and desires – often qualitative interviews are held with local interest groups, local government or project partners. My donation would include up to 12 qualitative interviews with a right up on findings. Alternatively, I could run a focus group with an end user audience to gain insight into specific groups ambitions for the regeneration programme.
